Privacy: Narbeli's Imports guaranties that all information submitted by our customers is strictly confidential. We will not provide customers' information to anyone. Customers' credit card information is stored on secured servers and is safe from other individuals.

Warranties: Narbeli's Imports warrantees the quality of its products. Manufacturers from each country have their own product warrantees. Original and genuine hand-made crafted products are one of a kind and are warrantee by the Ministry of Economy Development, which certifies that these products are authentic handicraft products.

Narbeli's Imports warrantees that your products such as the new French Texier purses purchased through Narbeli's Imports have been manufactured to the highest possible standard. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item, along with the sales receipt, to Narbeli's Imports within 60 days for an exchange, store credit or refund.

Returns: Your satisfaction is our highest goal. You may return any item purchased from Narbeli's Imports, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt to: Narbeli's Imports in Overland Park, KS, USA. If mail, we highly recommend that you insure your return for its full value. Return shipping must be prepaid. No return authorization is required. We can only accept returns for item purchased directly from Narbeli's Imports. A Return Material Authorization number will be provided for your records and for us to approve them in advance of them being sent to us.

Repairs: This only applies to Texier products - Repairs for damage or wear after the initial 60 day warranty period generally will incur a cost, which varies depending on the condition of the item, but will not exceed half of the current retail price for that particular style. Once we receive an item for repair, we will inspect the item, advise you of repair costs once we contact the manufacturer and request your approval before any repair work takes place. We do not offer cleaning or refurbishing services. To repair an item, please return it directly to Narbeli's Imports along with your name, address, and phone number, via insured mail or UPS. Be sure to include a description of what is wrong with the item. Allow 1-2 weeks for a response, and 4-6 weeks for repair.  Call 1-913-221-3353 to obtain an address where to mail product.

Product Registration: We do not currently offer on-line Product Registration services. However, you may e-mail the information to Narbeli's Imports. Please be sure to include the following information in your e-mail: Subject: Warranty Registration Body of e-mail: your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, e-mail address, style or reference number of item purchased, color, store where purchased, and date of purchase. Your Warranty Registration information may be e-mailed to: narbeli@narbelisimports.com

Shipping: Orders are shipped UPS ground. A $5 handling fee applies to all orders under $50. International orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive in 4-10 days.
